• All orders shipped from TheDieselStore.com are shipped via UPS.
• Due to UPS regulations we cannot ship website orders to a P.O. Box.
• Due to FAA regulations flammable liquids (fuel additive) cannot be shipped via air freight. These items must be shipped via UPS ground service.
• Some orders may take up to 4 business days to ship, depending on current stock and demand.
• Orders over $400 will require the signature of the recipient upon UPS delivery.

International Orders

• Shipping costs on orders placed outside of the US lower 48 states may not have an accurate shipping charged assessed at check out. In this case the shipping cost will be calculated and we will contact the customer for confirmation of this charge.
• We can only accept wired money transfers (bank account transfer) for orders placed outside of the US and Canada. Customers with international orders will be contacted, and a payment method will be arranged. This includes all orders where the end destination is out of the country and is being shipped via freight forwarding companys, third party export, etc.
• We cannot ship to countries that the US government prohibits export to. To verify your countries shipping status use the link below.
