For the truck market, STEINBAUER offers a solution which has the ability to offer fleet and individual owners considerable savings in diesel consumption. The Power Modules provide better torque, ie. more power during acceleration and uphill driving. The digitally optimized torque allows for fewer gear changes during these phases, resulting in reduced diesel consumption. The power module is capable, with sensible driving, of reducing fuel consumption by up to 3 liters (0.8 gallons) per 60 miles. Given today’s rising fuel costs, this is a significant saving over a year.

Within the agricultural sector the STEINBAUER Power Modules provide better more efficient performance for tractors, combine harvesters and other agricultural vehicles. With the module fitted the machinery can increase its power by up to 25%, this gives these vehicles a substantial increase in towing power, thus enabling faster work by attaching bigger machinery; a real alternative to purchasing a more powerful tractor. A STEINBAUER enhanced engine not only has increased power, but they also use less fuel.

How does it work? The STEINBAUER Power Module - works by an addition of complex electronics that optimize the fuel injection process without conventional increase in Common Rail or turbo charge pressure. The perfect connector compatibility to the engines original parts make instillation straightforward.
