M&D's Order Cancellation Policy

 M&D Distributors is dedicated to providing the best possible customer service to all of our customers.

 If you have any questions regarding your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

 A vast majority of our in-stock products begin being processed the instant you click on the "Place Order" button and most products ship either the same day or the following business day.

 During processing it may be possible to cancel your order, but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.

 In order to cancel your order before it is shipped, please do the following:

 1. Go to the Members Area page and click on the Order History button.

 2. Once in the Order History page, select the order that you would like to cancel.

 3. If the order has not been shipped yet, click on the Cancel Order button.

 4. This will send a cancel request but does not guarantee the order will be cancelled.

 If it is too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with M&D Distributors return policy.
