M&D Distributors' Return and Order Cancellation Policy

M&D wants you to shop with confidence; customer satisfaction is our number one goal. You may return items within 60 days from the date received for credit, subject to a 15% restocking fee, depending on the product's condition. Anything after 60 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Freight charges are typically not refundable.

*Returns on special-order items are up to M&D’s discretion to approve.

Returned Goods Authorization (RGA)

M&D requires a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) for any item returned to M&D. To start the return goods process, email your information to ecominfo@mddistributors.com or call us toll-free at 800-658-9333. RGAs are only valid for 30 days; after 30 days, please request a new RGA document. RGAs should be included in all return shipments to help us easily identify your return and issue credit accordingly.

Defective items and warranty

In the event an item arrives in an unacceptable condition as a result of a manufacturer defect, M&D will work diligently to resolve the issue. Please view our warranty policy and process on our https://www.thedieselstore.com/warranty-information.

Damaged items

If your item was shipped on M&D's carrier account and arrives damaged, email ecominfo@mddistributors.com so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and start the replacement process. If your item was shipped on your own carrier account, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a damage claim.

Cancelling an order

A vast majority of our in-stock products begin processing the instant you click "Place order". During processing, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once it moves to the shipping process, it can't be cancelled. Please reach out to ecominfo@mddistributors.com or call us toll-free at 800-658-9333 with any cancellation requests. If it's too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with the return policy above.
