M&D Distributors' Shipping Policy


M&D exclusively ships via UPS and FedEx on all orders considered non-truck freight, and reserves the right to select the best carrier option for LTL shipments. Orders placed online can only ship within the 48 contiguous states; this excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other international destinations. For shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States, you'll need to ship to a freight forwarder, pay shipping, and pay all customs fees. Address and billing verification

In most cases, M&D only needs one address, as long as your product is shipping to the same location as your billing information. To help prevent credit card fraud, your billing information must match the credit card you provide. If you want to ship to an address different from your billing address, we require a copy of your driver's license emailed to ecominfo@mddistributors.com.


Shipping times and details

  • Most products ship within 1-3 business days. Exceptions may include back-ordered or direct-ship items. M&D has numerous shipping points across the country, allowing us to reach 90% of the U.S. within 2 days.
  • Non-stock, special order, and out-of-stock items may take longer to receive; we'll email you with lead times.
  • We only guarantee expedited arrival for products that are in stock.
  • M&D is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, unforeseen incidents, transportation providers' delays, or other acts of God.
  • Expedited shipping options do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, since M&D facilities are closed during these times; these shipments go out the next business day. Weekend UPS/FedEx deliveries for orders placed before the Friday afternoon cutoff are subject to carrier guidelines and aren't guaranteed for all areas.


Restricted shipping regions

Some products can only ship to Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas. Products with this restriction are designated as such on M&D's website. Contact us at 800-658-9333 for the name of a dealer in your area if you're interested in a product with regional restrictions.


Shipping outside the 48 contiguous states

Customers are responsible for all shipping and customs fees for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Mexico, Canada, and all other international destinations. APO/FPO shipping (military addresses)

M&D cannot ship directly to APO or FPO addresses.
