Fits 1994-1995 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 with the 5.9L 12-valve Cummins, 160 horsepower rating, automatic transmission. Also covers 4BT applications on the CPLs listed below.
Hard fitment gate — transmission and horsepower, not model year alone:
The 1994-1995 5.9L was built with different injectors for the automatic and manual transmission trucks. This is the 160 hp automatic injector. Manual transmission trucks were rated higher and take a different part.
The 1996-1998 12-valve trucks use a different injector body. The KDAL59P6 body fitted here is the early intercooled body and is visually distinguishable from the later units.
CPL coverage: 1549, 1815, 1959, 1968, 2345 and 2349 on the six-cylinder 5.9L, and 1838 and 2013 on the four-cylinder 4BT.
What is not included: the nozzle chamber washer, return line banjo washer, and injector dust seal are not supplied and should be ordered separately. Replace the dust seal whenever the injector is removed.
