Four hard fitment gates apply:

Tank interface. SAE J2587 flange. Will not fit hose bead, six-bolt or bore-seal tanks.

Coolant control valve. This is the no-valve header. If your vehicle's harness has a coolant control valve connector at the header, you need the CCV version, which is a different header. Match your Freightliner part number before ordering.

Engine platform. Detroit Diesel. Cummins-engine trucks use a different header.

Fitting sizes. This header uses a 5/16 inch suction and 3/8 inch return, with VDA NW08 coolant nipples. The CCV version uses 1/4 inch suction and NG12 coolant ports. Measure before ordering.
