Not a direct fit on the C15 ACERT. The C15 ACERT uses two turbochargers in series. Fitting a single S400 to an ACERT requires a single-turbo conversion (manifold and related parts) — this turbo alone won’t bolt on.

Match the version you need. BorgWarner builds several S400 Caterpillar turbos, including an 80 mm version with a 1.65 A/R wastegated housing. Confirm the compressor size, A/R and wastegate requirement for your build.

Installation: this is a performance turbocharger — match engine fueling and calibration to the turbo and monitor exhaust gas temperatures. Use new exhaust manifold gaskets and a new compressor housing O-ring, and prime the turbo with clean oil before start-up.
