Two hard fitment gates apply:

CPL and piston. This kit uses piston 3688099 for the CPLs above. Other ISX15 EPA10 CPLs (3350-3939, 4584, 4585) use a different piston and kit. Confirm your CPL from the engine dataplate.

152 mm, not 150 mm. Check the liner seal O-ring color on your existing liners: blue is 152 mm (this kit); pink is 150 mm.

Installation: measure liner protrusion with the supplied 0.032 in shim installed, and install the anti-polishing ring after the liner is seated. Install new blue liner seal O-rings lubricated with clean engine oil.
