Fits 1996–2005 Detroit Diesel Series 60 11.1L engines (including 320–365 HP ratings) in trucks, including International trucks with the Series 60, using turbocharger 23528029, 23515894, 23508405, or one of the listed Detroit, International, or Garrett numbers.
Hard fitment gate — 11.1L only: This turbo is for the Series 60 11.1L. The 12.7L and 14.0L Series 60 use different turbochargers. Match the Detroit or Garrett number on your existing turbo before ordering.
Replacing a Garrett TV4502: This BorgWarner S400 replaces the Garrett TV4502 as a complete turbocharger. Its internal parts aren't interchangeable with the Garrett's, so use BorgWarner's service parts (CHRA 176141, repair kit 318396) for future rebuilds.
Installation note: Clean or replace the oil supply line, pre-fill the bearing housing with clean oil before first start, and follow Detroit's torque specifications. Use the supplied mounting gaskets.
