Two hard fitment gates apply:
Less actuator. This turbo ships without the VGT actuator. Reuse your existing actuator if it tests good, or order Holset actuator 4034315. Either way, calibrate the actuator to the turbo before returning the engine to service.
ISB 6.7L truck engine, not Ram pickup. 2007.5-2012 Ram pickups use a different HE351VE. Read the Cummins or Holset number on your existing turbo before ordering.
Installation: replace the turbo gaskets and oil line seals, and inspect the intake and charge air cooler for debris from the failed turbo.
