Fits 2003–2004 Caterpillar 3126 and C7 engines originally equipped with turbocharger 10R-1795 or BorgWarner 178482.
Hard fitment gate — match the number on your turbo:
Caterpillar used many different BorgWarner turbochargers on the 3126 and C7 (S200, S300 and B2G families) depending on year, rating and application, and they aren’t interchangeable. Read the CAT or BorgWarner number on your existing turbo’s tag and order this unit only if it matches. We stock the other 3126 and C7 turbos as well.
Fitment note — upgrade turbo: BorgWarner also builds a higher-output S300 turbocharger for the C7. Its wastegate outlet is turned 180 degrees from this unit’s, so it isn’t a direct swap.
Installation: Fit a new gasket set, replace the oil supply and drain lines if they’re coked or damaged, and pre-fill the bearing housing with clean engine oil before first start. Don’t use liquid sealant on oil or exhaust connections.

Rebuilding instead of replacing: the CHRA for this turbocharger is BorgWarner 178187, and the repair kit is 318382.
