Fitment note — upgrade turbo: BorgWarner also builds a higher-output S300 turbocharger for the C7. Its wastegate outlet is turned 180 degrees from this unit’s, so it isn’t a direct swap.

Installation: Fit a new gasket set, replace the oil supply and drain lines if they’re coked or damaged, and pre-fill the bearing housing with clean engine oil before first start. Don’t use liquid sealant on oil or exhaust connections.
