Ford changed the 6.0L injector for engines built 9/22/2003 and later, so most 2004 trucks and all 2005–2007 trucks use a different injector, which we also stock. Check the engine build date on the label on the engine’s front cover, or the number on your old injector, before ordering.

Installation: Install with a new copper sealing washer and injector O-rings, clean the injector bore, and torque the hold-down to Ford specification. Use clean oil and a new fuel filter before first start.
